We are particularly interested in people leading in transformative research and disruptive technologies, engaging and leveraging the University’s existing strengths in quantum-light information science and technology, including advanced spectroscopy, quantum phenomena in semiconductors, Rydberg atoms, two-dimensional quantum materials, quantum integration, quantum dynamics and computation, quantum control, quantum field theories, quantum communications, networks, electrodynamics, microwave technologies, and algorithms, or systems software for quantum-information processing. Successful candidates will focus on foundational research and development for advanced quantum technologies exploiting entanglement and coherent superposition. The appointment is based on a 9 month academic year.
